Our Saturday morning Bike Rides have been cancelled do to lack of interest. I guess 8am is too early for most of you. We have to be back in the shop to open at 9am. We are happy to promote a ride for you if you would like to lead one. Just let us know the details.
We still have our Monday 6pm ride and our Thursday Ladies' 6pm rides. Come join us.
We are doing Trainer Rides every Monday evening at 6:15 pm, until we have more evening light. Come a little early to set up your bike. The rides start at 6:15 pm.

Bring your bike and your trainer (you will also need some electrolytes and a towel). We ride for an hour. You will get a good workout. It is more fun training together.
Once a Month we will all go out for dinner after our ride. Dates will be posted on this website.
It is that time again. Come join us for a little extra motivation through the winter months.
Indoor trainer rides begin Monday, January 5th @ 6:15. All are welcome. You need to bring your bike and trainer. We will workout for 60 minutes using the Carmichael training DVDs. You will learn how to maximize your training time and athletic potential.
Don't forget to bring a towel and ecectrolyte hydration. (you may find a sweatband helpful)
Due to the lack of sun light we are no longer doing our Monday night rides, our Wednesday cyclecross rides or our Thursday ladies rides. To all of you who joined us, thanks, we had a great season. We will do some indoor training ride after the first of the year.
