It is that time again. Come join us for a little extra motivation through the winter months.
Indoor trainer rides begin Monday, January 5th @ 6:15. All are welcome. You need to bring your bike and trainer. We will workout for 60 minutes using the Carmichael training DVDs. You will learn how to maximize your training time and athletic potential.
Don't forget to bring a towel and ecectrolyte hydration. (you may find a sweatband helpful)
